Instructions
Boil the water:
- 1 cup of water to a rolling boil.
Prepare the leaves:
- Measure out 1-2 teaspoons of fresh or dried Labrador Tea leaves.
Steep the leaves:
- Place the leaves in a cup or teapot and pour the boiling water over them.
Steep time:
- Let the tea steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired strength.
Strain and serve:
- Strain the leaves out and pour the tea into a cup.
