Ingredients

Blueberry Pancakes:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 1/4 cups milk

1 egg

3 tbsp melted butter

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Maple syrup (for serving)

1 tbsp lemon juice

Ingredients for Cranberry Recipes:

Cranberry Sauce

4 cups fresh or frozen cranberry

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

1 orange (zested and juiced)

1 cinnamon stick

Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies:

1 cup unsalted butter

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all- purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

1 cup dried cranberries


Instructions

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Add Wet Ingredients:

Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

Fold in Blueberries:

Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Cook the Pancakes:
